I’m looking for an Anglia van if anyone can help. Would prefer complete van put not to bothered if engine or box is missing or the van is in pieces as long as the body is reasonable (a tall order I know on a 45+ year old van). Thanks.

Couple of nice examples on the bay  they just need a bit of TLC and a welder with lots of wire

Thanks Ken. I have just brought that one! Quick question, The owner is not sure if the head has been modified to run on unleaded. Is there anything I can add to the fuel tank to allow it to run on unleaded. I remember a few years ago when they got rid of leaded fuel you could buy these lead balls that you droped into the tank. Are they still available?. Thanks

Dont waste your time or money on them. Run it as is. Unless you intend to start caning it up and down the motorways, I doubt you will have any problems.
I’ve ran standard not converted engines on u/l (like many others) for thousands of miles, never hurt them at all. Admittantly when I’ve rebuilt any engine i’ve had the heads converted, but only cos its in bits there and then.
Or better still just whip the head off get the exhaust valve seats replaced anyway. Doesn’t cost the earth and you never need worry about it again. Only be off the road a week tops.
