I’ll try again: I posted this about a week ago. It was a few days waiting moderation, then disappeared altogether.
BLC had thirteen hard years of service, and they took their toll. I bought SFO (see Another New One!) and BLC has been away for the body repairs; I’ve reached an age when crawling about under the car with a welding torch is no longer desirable!
It went to Manny in Preston, known to many L:akes Tour participants, and he did a great job. Here are some photos of the car on return, I have repainted the under-bonnet area and refitted the engine. That will most likely be it until Spring.
Now almost finished!
