does anyone know where i can get some new number stickers for my speedo, they have worn out a bit :(
September 15, 2010 at 5:20 am #24208They are painted on in reverse. I repainted mine a while ago. Bought the smallest brush I could find in an art shop and went from there.
September 15, 2010 at 11:17 pm #24209better get a brush then i think, i was going to see if i could get some transfers from an airfix kit or something along those lines. i do like jobs like that but it must have taken you a while? :)
September 16, 2010 at 3:43 am #24210It was pretty hard actually. The main problem where i got a splodge and needed to wipe/clean of excess, it took off the original paint as well, as thats all very fragile after 40+ years. So I was making it worse at one point. but got there in the end.

Known Brian personally since 1979, but used to watch him race well before that. Remember Paul and Wayne in nappies too!!!

Lol, nowt wrong with a trusty boat anchor in the Anglebox as long as your willing to chop the baulkhead out and use good old Escort mk2 front suspension/steering.   I should know, done it enough times in the past
Mind you that combination does make a nice everyday car  ye ha, i’ll get me coat now.
