Mark,
I have a set but located in California. Maybe better to post it in the wanted section.
Peter
Here’s my email: [email protected]
Hopefully, it’s not a problem on my end.
Joe, It should be fine welding a new section and re-drill a new hole for the spring attachment.
I did an article on door latches some time ago that may help.

There is a rod connected to the interior door handle mechanism to the door latch. Remove the rod to the door latch by removing the cotter pin. After removing the 4 slotted screws the latch ass’y can be removed with a bit of a fuss. It’s a tight fit.
You will then see the broken ~1″ length spring. Any hardware store will carry one similar size and strength. Don’t fit a heavier duty spring as it will wear out the latch keeper / lever. Grease and oil the brass bushing and any metal connects on door handle.
There 2 types of 105E latch and striker plates. They are not interchangeable. Most likely you have the early type. PeteHi Joe,
Do you mean the door latch with the rotary star mechanism. If so, the latch lever spring is broken. In that case, remove the door panel to access the mechanism. Latch is secured by 4 screws.
Hi,
I have a spare set if still looking. i’m located in California.

Thanks, Ken. Just yesterday I torqued the lug nuts down to 50 lbs and had a heck of a time to loosen them with the provided EnFo 5″ crank
handle wrench. I had to step on the handle to aid loosening one of four. The EnFo 8″ wrench faired a bit better. Torqueing to 65 lbs
is virtually impossible to loosen the lug nuts with these wrenches. I believe 45 lbs should be adequate. PeterHi clogrod,
I have the float and arm off a Solex B30 PSE 1200. I’m in California so cheapest shipping would be $14 in a padded envelope to the U.K.
I’m asking $5 for those. [email protected] for photo.Regards,
Peter
Gary,
I have a wiper pull switch plus knob available if still looking. Contact: [email protected] for photo.

I have a good B 30 PSE 13 ( 997 ) with very little play on the throttle shaft. Probably can be used straight on but suggest a rebuilt kit.
I’m in California so shipping would be ~ $35 plus $50 for the carb. Pictures: [email protected] PeterHave you located one ? I have a few spares. [email protected]
